Terms of service

What you buy

You buy a ranked list of the exhibitors at one trade show that fit what you sell. We build it from what you tell us before checkout and from your answers to a short questionnaire. Each row has the company's booth number when the organizer lists it, why the company fits, its recent news or hiring with the source link, and who to talk to. The list comes as a spreadsheet.

Delivery

The first list arrives within 24 hours of your complete questionnaire answers, weekends included. Zan may email you for details, and the 24 hours start when your answers are complete. You get up to two redos with your notes, each within 24 hours. If you order more than a month before the show, an updated list follows about a month before it, because some companies book late.

Payment

The price is per show and is on that show's page before you pay. Stripe holds the amount on your card in US dollars at checkout. We don't charge it before your first list arrives. Card holds expire after about 7 days. If yours runs out before your list is ready, we send the list with a link to pay through our checkout.

Refunds

We hold the price on your card at checkout and don't charge it before your first list arrives. If the first list doesn't arrive within 24 hours of your complete answers, we release the hold and you pay nothing. If a list isn't right, tell us what's off and we redo it with your notes, up to two times, each within 24 hours. Within 7 days of any delivery you can ask for a redo or a full refund.

What the research is based on

We use public exhibitor lists, sponsors and speakers, company websites, press releases, public job postings and professional profiles. Exhibitor lists change until the show, booths can move, and companies can cancel. We never claim to know who will attend.

Use of the list

The list is for your company's own sales and marketing. Please don't resell or publish it.

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

The show facts and exhibitor counts on nodiexpo.com, including the data at /api/shows.json, are © Nodior LLC. All rights reserved. You may quote a few facts, such as a show's dates or exhibitor count, with a link to the page you quote. Search engines and AI services may crawl, index and quote the site as robots.txt allows. Any other copying, republishing or bulk reuse needs written permission from Nodior LLC.
