What we collect
From the free-examples form we keep your work email, the show and what you sell, and we take your company's name from your email address. When you check out, Stripe processes your card. We receive your name, email, billing address, the order and what you told us you sell. From the questionnaire we keep your answers about your products and customers.
Why
We use it to reply to you, deliver what you ordered and keep tax and accounting records. We never sell or share your information, and we don't send newsletters.
How long
Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Orders and invoices are kept as long as tax law requires.
Security and abuse prevention
The forms use a hashed version of your IP address to limit repeated submissions, and may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and Google receives your IP address and browser details. We set no advertising cookies and don't sell or share your data. You can block analytics with any browser privacy setting or extension.
We also use Matomo, an analytics tool that runs on our own server, to see which pages are read and which links and buttons are clicked. Matomo sets no cookies, masks part of your IP address before storing it, and its data is not shared with anyone.
Who processes it
These companies process it for us: Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for content delivery and bot protection, Namecheap for web hosting, Google Workspace for email and Google Analytics for visit statistics. Every request to this site passes through Cloudflare's network, which proxies and caches pages, and Cloudflare's Turnstile checks forms for bots. The font is self-hosted.
