How Nodior Expo counts and ranks exhibitors
Updated
We publish dated company counts from each organizer's public exhibitor directory.
Where lists come from
Each organizer's public exhibitor directory on Map Your Show, a2zinc, SmallWorldLabs, eShow or goExpo supplies the company names and booths.
How companies are counted
We count each company once. We compare names while ignoring capital letters, punctuation and endings like Inc. or LLC. We also ignore words such as USA or North America, so "Acme, Inc." and "ACME USA" count as one company with all of its booths and halls. We drop empty rows and entries that aren't companies, such as test entries.
What comparisons mean
To compare a show with its previous edition, we match the two dated lists by name in the same way. A name missing from the earlier list doesn't prove the company is exhibiting for the first time. Comparisons between different shows work the same way. A company listed under two names counts twice, and two different companies with nearly the same name can count once. An incomplete directory also changes the counts. We match the names on the lists and don't check that two names belong to the same company.
Found an error? Email zan@nodiexpo.com with the show, company name and source so we can correct it.
When lists refresh
We check lists weekly. Each show page says when we last checked its list. The newest list we read is from October 19, 2026.
How the ranked list is made
A buyer tells us what they sell and who buys it, then answers a short questionnaire about their ideal customer and who their team wants to meet. We check each company on the show's exhibitor list against those answers and rank the ones that fit, best first. Every reason links to its source.
The steps and what each row contains are on How we research, step by step.
What we never do
This is not an attendee list. We do not sell attendee lists or contact databases.
